Mr. Carpenter joined the Odyssey team in 2023, bringing over 25 years of commercial construction experience. His diverse background and knowledge in project management, construction management, and construction administration allow him to effectively address any challenges that may arise during the construction process. Mr. Carpenter has excelled in creating and maintaining collaborative relationships with clients, contractors, and government agencies. His experience working with contractors and communicating with engineers and clients has proven invaluable to Odyssey, as he provides complete construction management services to our clients.

Michael prides himself on managing all aspects of construction. His experience provides clients peace of mind and comfort, knowing that the projects they envisioned will be brought to life correctly. Michael attributes Odyssey’s success to living out our core philosophies of Team Centered, Integrity Driven, and Communication Focused while working in a fast-paced environment. In his free time, Michael enjoys gaming with his son, spending time with his family, and learning various trade hobbies, such as woodworking and gardening.
