With more than 15 years of experience in infrastructure design and project management, Mr. Tang brings a deep understanding of public and privately owned project challenges. As the Site Development Group Manager, Mr. Tang leads a team overseeing projects from award through construction and project closeout.

His experience involves managing projects among various industries, including commercial, retail, hospitals, institutional, industrial, manufacturing, multi-family, petroleum/chemical plants, and large intricate corporate campuses for oil and gas companies. He is extremely knowledgeable of design criteria as well as regulating requirements of both local and federal agencies. He is an asset and resource to clients, providing clear direction and resolution to engineering and design challenges.
