Developing a passion for science and technology at a young age, a career in civil engineering was a natural fit for Seth. While working as an engineering intern during his time at Texas A&M, Seth began working in commercial site development and hasn’t looked back. He enjoys and thrives in the challenging, fast paced environment of the site development world.
Since graduating from Texas A & M with a Civil Engineering degree in 2013, Seth’s career has led him to work on a wide variety of commercial site development projects from the initial feasibility phase to seeing the projects through the completion of construction. His highlighted area of experience includes retail sites ranging from single-tenant pad sites to master planned developments, multi-family, hotels, assisted living/memory care, high rises, office parks, medical office, industrial, restaurant, parking expansions, religious establishments, and existing redevelopments/conversions.
Seth has experience working in many jurisdictions in the greater Houston area including: the Counties of Harris, Montgomery, Fort Bend, Brazoria, and Galveston Counties; the Cities of Houston, Richmond, Rosenberg, Sugar Land, Seabrook, Baytown, Friendswood, Webster, League City, Conroe, and The Woodlands. Gaining experience across these municipalities has given Seth the ability to develop practical and creative solutions to the unique jurisdiction challenges each site development presents.
