Sam is a native Texan who grew up in The Woodlands and has had a passion for construction and engineering from a young age. Since graduating from Auburn in 2011, Sam has focused on working with developers and homebuilders in Houston on single family residential land development projects.

Sam understands the key to a successful project is teamwork, communication, and a mindset of persistence to ensure that a project stays on a forward path toward completion. Sam has developed a relationship with several governing agencies in the Houston area while working to get plan approvals. Sam has experience complying with the engineering design regulations for projects within Harris County, Fort Bend County, Montgomery County, the City of Rosenberg, and the City of Houston.

One of Sam’s favorite concepts is that no project is impossible without the right tools and people to get the job done.
