Open Positions
Design Engineer
Responsibilities include drafting of construction plans, detailed engineering design of development projects, feasibility studies, construction services, and coordination with sub-consultants. The Design Engineer is an integral part of the project team and is necessary to achieve the client’s vision for the project. Candidates for the Design Engineer position have zero (0) to four (4) years of experience in the engineering industry. A civil engineer or related degree is required from an accredited university.
Project Engineer – Single Family
Responsibilities include coordination with Design Engineers on the detailed design of a residential project, including project coordination and sequencing on overall development plans. Additionally, the role will have significant involvement in construction phase services, including field meetings with the contractor and client, leads bid cycle services and coordination with agencies for project acceptance and close out. Candidates for a Project Engineer position have at least four years of experience engineering in the residential development industry. P.E. certification is strongly preferred.
Project Manager – Single Family, Municipal or Site
Responsibilities include client coordination on all aspects for a project from feasibility to construction acceptance. Project Manager will work closely with the Design Manager to ensure technical design of the project meets the clients’ needs and expectations. Project Manager oversee all construction aspects of the project, coordinates with municipal utility districts, is responsible for preparing contracts, submittal invoicing and involved in business development activities. Candidates for a Project Manager position have at least six years of experience engineering in the residential development industry. P.E. certification is strongly required.
