A 390-acre single-family development with nearly 1100 lots in the extra-territorial jurisdiction of Rosenberg.  The project was developed for Beazer Homes for builders Beazer Homes and Pulte Homes.   This project continues to grow as Beazer has acquired the land in large phases.  Odyssey has worked closely with the developer to adjust the infrastructure plan as the land for the development grew such that the existing infrastructure could be utilized with minimal modifications to accommodate the added land.
