A 142-acre single family development with nearly 500 lots and over twenty acres in commercial development located in the extra-territorial jurisdiction of Rosenberg.  The project was developed for Arenosa Development and Friendswood Development for builders Lennar Homes and Rauch-Coleman.  Odyssey assisted the developer in obtaining variances to the City’s development code to allow the developer’s vision for the community to become a reality.
